Item description from the seller
Seller feedback (708)
- h***i (392)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI deem it essential when learning a language to hear it. These audio CDs to accompany the Cambridge Latin course are that. The pros: good, clear recording. A variety of voices/actors for the different characters in the stories. Sound effects. The cons: Poor Latin pronunciation. No attempt to differentiate long from short vowels. The stress is sometimes on the wrong syllable, especially with the verbs. Expensive CDs. But essential for me to learn.
