The product was shipped with plenty of bubble wrap. The item does not work. It powers on, but will not read any cartridges. We cleaned the cartridges very well and tried 3 different games at least 10-20 times each. Still just a blinking light. I feel so bad for my kiddo to have such an experience especially after using his own money to buy it and everything he needed to get the console connected.Reply from: flavrzzz- Feedback replied by seller flavrzzz.- Feedback replied by seller flavrzzz.This NES was in PERFECT working condition before I sent it out. This person messaged me and I tried to troubleshoot it with them since NES are touchy consoles. They never once asked to return it.
