When I unrolled it, it had multiple large creases and damage all across the right side face! Looks like someone had it rolled and stepped on it or smashed it on that side so now it has permanent creases and damage that can not be repaired. Not happy about this as the original pictures from the ad looked perfect. I ship all posters in a tube. Never had a problem, In ten plus years. This is first time I had anyone complain in this manner which makes no since. If you receive something damaged send it back. That is the purpose of a return policy! I would never have sent it out damaged and I would have never wasted my time trying to sell a damaged item......The pictures do not show the damage the buyer states. Beware!
