He said the packing was done well, the glass part well protected but that he could hear the percolator was rattling inside the pot before he opened the box. He sent me a photo and looks as described, a beautiful piece! The timeliness of the seller's sending it, value & quality are great. This coffee pot is larger than I expected and I love it. I have a smaller one from my Grandma which started my desire to collect this pattern.
