The machine came very well packed with foam inside a fully enclosed wooden box and cardboard outer box. Little chance of damage during shipping. Item was exactly as described in ad.

The unit arrived absolutely destroyed inside the box from the parts slamming into each other. The seller tried to get me to keep the machine by offering a discount, which I declined as I am not a technician for these machines, so I had no way of knowing how to assess it and repair all the damage. I did eventually get refunded but this was a nightmare!!
