Problem was it took two weeks to get to Maine from Kansas and for 10 day it went around in circles in Kansas. I asked for a refund and bought from another buyer. No refund or communication after request (5 days ago). Today it showed up. After the buyer reached out, I opened a Missing Mail request, which got the package moving and it was successfully delivered.
