    Buyer doesn’t understand a contract and getting told the same. She questioned return policy prior to purchase of a $15.00 item. Changed her story from INCORRECT DESCRIPTION (which was accurate) to DEFECTIVE. I told her if item was defective, return it. Upon my receipt back item tested and functioned perfectly and eBay still forced a refund. eBay made an error not backing a seller in this case, policy needs to adhere to contract terms when buyer abuses the policy.
