    Paid for purchase. When I didn’t receive it in the mail, I had to reach out inquiring about it. I was told she couldn’t find the item to send. She said she would refund it & did apologize. I had to inquire again though b/c no refund had been placed. In the end, she cancelled the order & I finally did get the refund. She was nice about it, but overall, the bottom line is I did not get the item & had to reach out a few times about it.
