    Shipping was good. Packaging was good. Item was not as described. The reel was broken. It had two broke gears, the wrong anti reverse dog, the wrong anti reverse spring. The reel was inoperative. Having said all that, when I informed seller, he apologized and issued a full refund. This is a stand up guy, who stands behind his merchandise. I would buy from him again. This is a good seller.
