    Description was conflicting,saying zip closure in one place and envelope closure in the description. As I only selected this silk pillowcase because it said it had an envelope closure I contacted seller to point out the error (which they corrected immediately) and said that although they do not normally accept returns they would make an exception. Of course the sellers ‘no returns’ settings got in the way briefly but the eBay team sorted and I received a speedy refund.

    Products looked brand new, seller was quick so no issues at all. Ear buds work perfectly and no issues there. Value and appearance great. Minor point, the box had clearly been opened and resealed, which I didn’t think matched the description. The buds themselves were all still in original packaging so potentially only external boxes had been disrupted. but I’m just being fussy and it should not be a concern for future people looking to purchase from this seller. Otherwise top marks.
