The box was well wrapped in bubble wrap, however inside was not and some cardboard to hold the controller was missing, so the items were moving around inside during transport which was concerning. Fortunately it all arrived safely. The Dreamcast internal battery needs replacing but that's expected. No obvious discolouration! Noisier than my prior Dreamcast, but overall very happy with the purchase. ありがとうございます！
