I purchased a SIM kit from them and things went well, so I decided to purchase another for a different phone. For whatever reason, whether a defective SIM or the carrier messed it up, the second SIM didn't work. I reached out to nb-wireless and they promptly sent me a new SIM. Excellent customer service!!

After 12 days i contacted paypal and they refunded my money. I received the letter after 15 days i finally received the letter and refused it so that the seller would at least get his product back. I am sure it was the USPS fault, but still I have never had a seller send anything without tracking, nor have i ever given any seller bad feedback.
