Recently purchased an extendable 26 inch baton due to a junky trying to rob me on my 3am walks. At home I extended it and it severed. I contacted the seller explaining the issue. He immediately contacted the manufacturer who will cover it under warranty after I mail it in. During the meantime the seller said he is also sending me a very nice automatic baton which is obviously way more expensive. I will definitely buy from him again. So professional
