It smelled so bad I had to leave it outside until I sent it back. He did communicate with me right away and apologized and gave me a full refund. He admitted to have the “new” jersey hanging on his wall for a year. Don’t list something as new if you smoke cigarettes around it for a year. Thanks for the refund and wasting my time
