I cannot use the item as it will not close all the way so the tamper is not disabled. I tried to resolve with seller and they said they could not do anything about it as it was new and unopened. Also, the manufacturer date was 2019. I have never had to leave negative comments before as I buy a lot on ebay and never had a problem that could not be resoved.

I sold this person a brand new item. The buyer opened a return request (that I was not obligated to accept) stating that the item didn't fit. I sent a message to the buyer stating that the item was no longer new and that its value had been compromised. Obviously, the buyer damaged the item trying to install it, per their "negative" comment.
