When I opened the box and removed the computer I heard a clunking noise when I moved the computer. When I removed the computer case I found the cpu cooling fan and heat sink laying loose inside. When I sent a emai to the seller via ebay where I requested a different computer or a refund it took forever for a response. I had to return the item via ebay's process to get a refund. Was not happyReply from: fti-laptop- Feedback replied by seller fti-laptop.- Feedback replied by seller fti-laptop.We received your message on the 3rd and immediately issued you a full refund, but we don’t understand why you left negative feedback on the 11th. Since the computer is a large item, various issues may sometimes occur during shipping.
