- a***s (91)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseListing claimed these units were new; there were both used, as evidenced by the service tag I saw on each of them from 2017. After a month of use, both began to emit a noxious odor and became hot to touch. I was luckily home both times this happened (each unit within a week of the other), otherwise I'd have come home to a dead dog. Haven't had time to open them up to examine yet, but can update later with pictures. I imagine it's the batteries that are the problem, not the units themselves.
