    The item arrived as described and the hardware tested out fine. I did have to clean the fan extensively but was going to water cool it anyway. Strange that the system board and other parts were pristine clean but the fan didn't even spin on its own it was so clogged.In any case, this was very appreciated as I had a failure of the same system board/CPU combo and it helped me out in a significant way.
