    Robot arm was shipped timely and at a reasonable price. The shipping charges were not artificially inflated beyond reason, which some sellers try to do. The box arrived without damage due to adequate packing material to cushion the contents. It was listed as needing repairs. There were three spare motors were included in the purchase - unfortunately none are suitable for the missing gripper motor. I believe description was a fair representation made in good faith. It was a good transaction.
