    Purchased this item and item arrived on 11/27/24. Item was fine when purchased buy when arrived per pictures was all broken. Item was packaged poorly with no bubble wrap for support. Clearly item was tossed around in shipping. Sellers has not responded back for a few days I am willing to work it per out it out with seller but again no response back from them. Not my responsibility to straighten this out I paid in good faith.

    This buyer stated in emails that this was the third one of these pieces he had received smashed like this. He never alerted me of this problem before shipping. I sent it in original factory packing. I suggested he file a claim with the shipper, (it was insured) but he did not. There were numerous emails exchanged through eBay. I'm sure you have the copies. There was a slight delay when i was away, but we reached an agreement and it was resolved.
