    Bought a sealed collectible game on July 02. It arrived July 18 in a poorly packaged plastic bag with crumpled notebook paper. Game was already opened and not as described, with long hair stuck to where the old, dirty seal was. Seller accused me of opening it and said I’d be keeping the disc. I returned it through eBay Guarantee. Refund received July 31 through eBay, as he didn’t issue one himself. Took a full month to resolve. I’ve bought from him before and left good feedback, but never again!
