I tried to resolve with seller and they said they could not do anything about it as it was new and unopened. Also, the manufacturer date was 2019. The buyer opened a return request (that I was not obligated to accept) stating that the item didn't fit. Obviously, the buyer damaged the item trying to install it, per their "negative" comment.
