I purchased a second plug. Took it out of the package and checked the wires due to the issue with the first plug. The wire just fell out. There’s a defect with these plugs. The product we received is not the product that’s advertised on the site. We received a plug that red& black. It’s supposed to be purple & black. Cheaply made for the price
