He never sent the 1/25 scale motor and admitted in messages that he didn't send a 1/25 motor because the size difference is "less than the thickness of a quarter". I wasn't going to give negative feedback or even report to ebay, but he wants to keep harassing me on FB trying to defend his choice to send out 1/24 scale motors instead of what was offered and ordered.
