Many excuses, customs, damage, delivery day and no show. I did multiple calls to FedEx with different answers. Today I received 3 messages that package was return to shipper, was damaged, to be delivered before 10pm. Called FedEx again, asked for manager, she called the local delivery office, package was at the managers desk, I drove to pick up today.
