Seller had mentioned latch missing from bottom of dustbin flap which didn't affect operation but to be aware when emptying. What I found actually was that the wand from the handle had become unattached to the mechanism inside the cylinder which stopped being able to open close the bottom flat to empty. With a a lot of determination patience and an eventual cry for help from the universe I managed to reattach the wand and great result. Very happy with purchase.
