    Item was in perfect condition as expected. I haven’t spent much time using it but the quality seems to be good as well. The power adapter has an interchangeable tip, which was a nice surprise. The tip originally sent to me did not fit the 4971 WiFi extender. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and immediately shipped out the correct tip. I was able to simply swap out the tip and everything is working great. Very satisfied!
