      The seller processed my refund quickly, and was quick to respond when the sewing machine arrived with problems. It was not properly packaged, loose items were in the bottom of the box, and the machine was missing an important part. The seller had described the machine as fully functional, but clearly the functions had not been tested at all. The post for winding bobbins was either broken off, removed, or simply gone. This was not responsible on the part of the seller. More work for me.
