    Item did not ship out in time. When I contacted the seller over a week later they told me the item was "no longer available. Request a refund." If I had not reached out, I would have never known.

    It was a honest mistake. I sold the book else where and forgot to remove it from eBay. Once I was made aware of the situation I ask the buyer to request a refund. But again you can never please everyone.
