Has a little trouble in my use case scenario which was not a normal use case but with a 3.5 inch hard drive it can be a pain to get the hard disk drive to mount and not be a read only drive and can suffer from poor read/write speeds, but that could be just a problem with the other equipment I using and does not reflect product itself

I clearly messaged the seller that I had an international flight on the night of July 12 and needed the item urgently. They never responded or acknowledged my message. The item wasn’t even processed by USPS until July 10—way too late. Now it’s useless to me. Seller showed no concern, no communication, and no professionalism. Avoid this seller if you expect even the slightest level of responsibility or customer service.
