Details: Absolutely no seller communication, even after I politely reached out (after 10 days!) about my order status. After a couple of weeks I requested a cancellation, which was denied. Hoping to give the benefit of the doubt I reached out again to see if/when the item was sent. Complete radio silence. Finally had to request a refund. Thank goodness for eBay who refunded my $$.Unfortunate.
