Its incredibly sharp on the point and could easily do some major damage. Other than that the only concern i had is that the entire cane is Matte Black instead of the chrome or brushed steel pictured. I still absolutely love it! May have to cut an inch or 2 off the bottom, but seeing that its a possibility with a grinder makes me relieved. And yes the pistol grips can be replaced!
