Upon receipt of the item, I opened the cellophane to discover that the book contained many pages of black ballpoint ink and pencil marks underlying throughout the book. I immediately wrote the seller and described the situation and requested an adjustment of the price in lieu of no refunds. The seller wrote back and stated a full refund would be issued.
