I sent a photo to the seller, who said a partial refund would happen, but no credit to the purchase price as far as I can see in my credit card statement. Emailed again re: credit-no reply. Seller's reply to the broken item: suggested I glue it back. The item is a birthday present for my niece, and very sad it is not in good condition
