Seller said the phone was checked before being shipped, but I doubt this as the problem was noticable the second I turned it on. Seller is unable/unwilling to generate return label or provide a refund. Only positive was the fast shipping.

I read phone has already symbian belle refresh update, but instead it came with very basic symbian version and I can't see all apps or access configuration options. Do I have to update it first step by step to unlock features/access configuration(by getting to belle refresh? I can't use it like that, it is much limited. Battery is thick to take out to change it(tight), is it new design? Can give better feedback when you respond and can help clear my questions out.

Sadly the outer screen didn't work, but the seller communicated well and offered a refund.
