I replied to this buyer on June 11th and admitted (accepted responsibility) for and explained how (discussed the problem) I made my color error. (I copied from another seller) .My pictures were plentiful and clear as they are in ALL of my ads. I thought the color WAS called slate blue. If only someone asked me before the auction was over I could have fixed the error. The buyer didn't reply back until he posted this negative feedback. Thanks a lot
