    Seller shipped card proxy overseas poorly. Between a few pieces of paper in an envelope. Card arrived destroyed, once seller was informed, they told me to make another order, and they'd send a replacement. Rather than replacing the destroyed item in the first place. In a lengthy return process, they assured me they would send a replacement free of charge, if i closed the return request. That was their condition, absurd i know. Still haven't got my card undestroyed a month later.

    I'm sorry your card arrived damaged. replacement was sent FREE of charge and Refund was offered in addition to the TWO cards sent. what more can a seller do?
