Neutral awaiting vendor reply to my query: Why was I charged more than the published price on this journal? Nothing in description stated that price was inflated. At this writing, I now consider Ebay = "Buyer Beware". Hopefully vendor has an acceptable solution that I will then share - good or bad. Again, currenyly very disappointed!
