    Despite opened roughly at top as advertised, this cover has great value to me, an early (August 12, 1861) cover to noted GA politician/soldier Howell Cobb just a month after assuming command of the 16th GA Infantry Regiment with rank of Colonel (in 6 months he would be promoted to Brig. General). Cover was packaged carefully, arriving quickly. I award five stars to this vendor!!!!
