The helmet is nice except for the issue that it's clearly mislabeled as a Medium. It's a XS to Small. I could see that straight out of the box. I wear a Medium and I have a Small that I don't wear. This helmet barely slid onto my head and was so tight it hurt. I didn't think I would get it off. I feel like the seller should know the difference between a M and a S. I sell also but if I know something is marked as a L but is more a S, I include that in the description.

The helmet is brand new. There was nothing wrong with listing or the helmet. It clearly says and shows size MEDIUM in the description and pictures. This is not a seller error, this is a buyer error. On top of that, I even sold you the helmet at a discounted price. Every other person I have sold a helmet to has never had a size issue except for you. I can live with that. Take care
