I don't like making complaints. However, while sending a fragile item, the packaging of the parcel was so poor that the glasses arrived crushed and the glasses case was crushed and broken. The glasses were sent in plastic packaging without any fillings. Is exchange possible? Anyway, I was very disappointed.
