I asked seller to cancel item, as my fiancé found a different and way cheaper solution to his problem (not the same item) and seller said they’d cancel item, since it was requested quite fast after purchase. I have heard nothing since, money was taken out of my account and not credited back. I have reached out to seller 3 times since either no reply. I have the screenshot of requests etc.
