It was two weeks before my purchase arrived. I messaged him and he said my item must have gone out without a label and he would send another out with a free sthil hat fot my troubles. Item arrived described as trimmer heads. I got string spools and no HAT! If I had to buy parts from him I would have to switch brands. What a joke!
