    despite it being listed as "used", it is in wonderful condition. packaging was a little excessive. it was a very long box. shipping was only 2-3 days or so, very quick. scroll ball is very satisfying. i am using it with a macbook pro on mac os x 10.9.5 mavericks. it has built in customization software for this mouse. i recently noticed a small crack in the bottom frame but i believe that is from my carelessness and it did not arrive like this.
