    The seller did not dispatch the item until 12 days after I ordered it. When I reminded him, he said he had been absent for annual family summer holiday. Unfortunately, he did not use eBay’s ‘Time Away’ setting to inform buyers. The seller then consigned the item to DHL for delivery from Belgium to England. DHL repeatedly gave me false information about delivery, which they finally made 15 days after they received the item. The item was good, but the process of dispatch and delivery was bad.
