Weren't brand new as stated and had obvious signs of wear! Couldn't return as they we're needed for an event and we struggled to find these in the first place. Offered £5 refund!

The shoes were correctly listed as brand new in box. I offered the buyer a full refund plus cover the postage to return them as a goodwill gesture, or a discount as she seemed to want to keep them. She chose the latter and I issued a £5 refund as agreed with her. This feedback is completely unjustified. I will always give buyers the benefit of the doubt and strive to provide accurate and honest listings.
