Very cheap plastic with the dimmest bulbs possible. The only positive I have is that the bracket seem pretty sturdy, and mounted fairly easy without much modification, but the chrome finish is VERY thin. Turn signals are usable with brighter bulbs installed. Spot lights are NOT. Recommend you keep looking for a better option...
