Although this item's condition is listed as "used", the professional, flawless cleaning and refurbishment that it received makes it indistinguishable from a new item. The keyboard tested perfectly for all keys and key combinations. I also appreciate the inclusion of the long keyboard cord, which I prefer for my set-up.
