Contacted seller with photos and was told I could ship it back and buy another one from them but I would have to go without a faucet during the return. Deal with shipping it back having to purchase another one and hoping that it doesn't leak not to mention it wasn't an easy install and I don't want to do it twice. I AM NOT SURE WHY THIS BUYER IS MAKING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS I DID TELL BUYER I WOULD SEND OUT A NEW FAUCET RIGHT AWAY. IT IS OBVIOUS THE FAUCET WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE MANUFACTURE.
