While this was a old new never used product it broke the very first time we used it. There is a rubber belt that drives the wheels that when it gets old either strecthes out or breaks. This belt stretched out and therefore does not drive the various wheels. The belt is no longer available from Panasonic. I am trying to use a rubber band while I search the internet for a belt. I took a chance with this product. I have had similar experiences with the same old never use product.
